By owning and using one you get to learn where some of the bits and pieces come from. Especially when buying them from remaining official sources is somewhat expensive.

Engine

The engine is a 2.8L Iveco Sofim.

The cooling fan operation is controlled electrically by a switch (no viscous coupling drive, it seems). When switched off, it will still rotate but the cooling performance will suffer.

Fuel pump: Bosch

Breaks

Front brake pads: Austin Princess. Rotors are model-specific.

Bits and pieces

The rear entry side handles: Elesa+Ganter M.1043/30-350-EP. The handles are mounted in a non-straight manner so some variants require minor tweaks.

Stuff that is no longer available

The dual-speed cabin ventilation fan (Siemens) "has not been manufactured for a long time". I fixed mine by rewiring it.
